The Power Supply Tester is a compact diagnostic tool designed to verify ATX, BTX, and ITX computer power supplies. It tests voltage rails and protects PC components from damage. It supports 20/24-pin connectors and features LED indicators to instantly display status.
Supported PSU Types: ATX, BTX, and ITX
- Voltage Monitoring: Tests +12V, -12V, +5V, -5V, +3.3V, 5V Standby (SB), and 12V Power Good (PG) signals
- Connector Compatibility: Includes jacks for Floppy, HDD, CD-ROM, SATA, 4-pin (P4), 8-pin (Dual-CPU), and 6-pin (PCI-Express) cables
- Alert System: Features an audible buzzer alarm that beeps if a voltage is abnormal or outside normal operating parameters
- Connect: Plug the power supply's 20/24-pin connector and the 4/6/8-pin CPU/PCI-E connectors into the corresponding jacks on the tester.
- Power On: Turn on the power supply unit (PSU) using its main switch.
- Check Readings: Listen for a "Du Du" beep to indicate normal operation. If an LED blinks or a long warning buzzer sounds, it indicates a failed power supply.
- Peripheral Test: Attach SATA and Molex connectors one by one to verify their specific voltage outputs.
